Gotham Nights is still Oslo's, possibly even Norway's, longest living subcultural club. Under the slogan "goths never die, they just need more makeup", Gotham Nights will be celebrating eight years of red wine, velvet, and vampire flirtation at John Dee on Saturday the 1st of March.

In addition to the resident DJs, DJ Nils will also have a special appearance. He is normally a permanent DJ at the now legendary goth club Slimelight in London.

Gotham Nights does not, for the time being, have any permanent venue, but is still trying its best to continue with monthly club nights and concerts in the venue suitable for each event. Also, during the spring, an attempt will be made to have an alcohol free event together with Sub Scene, so that all the people out there that are under eighteen years old can enjoy a night of dim lights and middle age inspired dresses.
