@ So What!

2'nd anniversary!!

Live:
The Morendoes (N)

Arrow Flyer

Well, it was a very successful night indeed. The band was great, and the over 200 people who came seemed to enjoy themselves. Let us see what Janina thought of the event:

People started to come quite early in the evening, and since we for the first time were able to "goth" ourselves on a Friday, many people who otherwise are prevented to come on the ordinary events (working on Thursdays, maybe??), were there. It was enjoyable to look at all those goths, especially since many had put on their finest garments for the event. Why go for mediocre (or what do you say, Couer?)?. There were also people who had traveled far for this night (to far maybe...), even from Sweden and London!!.

The climax of the evening was The Morendoes concert. Event though the band did one of their best concerts, they did not get the audience on their toes. Maybe because many had not heard them before? Everyone I talked to afterwards, was really pleased with them. I am looking forward to hear more from that band.

After the concert, Stefan Rosell did his last duty as Gotham Nights #1 DJ (Thank you Stefan. We owe it all to you. -ed.) and he packed the dance floor. Some people who was not aware of the phenomena Gotham Nights, was a bit irritated by the C.C. that late in the evening, but this was the night for goths only. Some complained about to much smoke and irritating music, but people came early and left late, so could not have been that bad.....?

The conclusion is that it was a very successful arrangement, think they did well in the bar as well. Maybe more Fridays, with a bigger crew though, would be an idea? (You bet! -ed.)

We are all looking forward to the next event, and let us hope Gotham will be there for many years still.
