Dark Side Cowboys from Sweden is back in Oslo! It is almost to the day a year since they last was
visiting, then in the occasion of Gotham Nights' event at the 17th of May last year;
"Black Celebration". The feedback that we received from the audience was so good that
we did not think twice when we where asked to do another show with these Swedish "cowboys".
These very nice Swedes really know how to get the audience going.
DSC is by no means a new band in the goth/metal genre. They started as early as 1993, and have
since then released as many as 6 CDs. As if that wasn't enough, they have also participated at
over 20 compilation CDs and made to videos. No doubt that this is a very productive band which
really get results. They are therefore considered to be one of the major bands in Scandinavia
within the goth/metal genre.
DSC is not only frequent with their releases; they have also been able to build a reputation
of having a lively and very interesting live show, which they really proved last time they
visited Oslo. They by now very distinctive sound and stile has resulted in them attracting a
great variation of people, from synth-poppers to metal freaks.
In other words, come and have a look at the band that everybody talked about last spring -
I promise you that you will not be disappointed.
The location is CURB (Custom Rock Bar) at Storgata 22.
The doors will open at 21:00 and the cover charge is set to 70 NOK plus
10 NOK in members fee. The age limit is 18.
