Gotham Nights have decided that it would be worthwhile arranging a concert for the Norwegian band When. Since their music is not purley gothic, we chose not have them on a regular Gotham Nights; therefore `Gotham Nights presents When'.

When has since the start only consisted of Lars Pedersen. He has played all the instruments and are responsible for the composition. Lately he has been joined by Bjarte Sortnes on guitar and synths.

When is not a recent project; this year i their 10th anniversary and they have released 6 albums which have received very good critics in Norway, Japan, England, Germany, Belgium and France. They have just released a new album; `Gynt', where they do their own version of Edvard Grieg's `Peer Gynt'.

When's expression live is composed by picture and sound. Big parts is been complimented by a movie in the background which create a unity. The music can be considered as a mixture of avantgarde rock, concrete sound, ethnical and techno. The result is creative, intelligent and modern artmusic.

You are very welcome to a show out of the ordinary. The doors open at 21.00, cover charge 4o N.kr. and you have to be older that 20 to get in.
